Snow’s Farm is a 4th generation, family-run farm that has been in the same Easton location for 100 years. As the oldest and largest supplier of organic lawn and garden soils and manure in Fairfield County, we work hard to provide our farm-fresh, natural products to both business and homeowners alike. Whether you want to fix up your yard or make the front of your shop look more green, our farm has the right stuff for you.
We're an orchid nursery specializing in propagating miniature species and hybrids, with a selection of blooming orchids and supplies available year-round. We've been open over fifty years and offer consultations, plant checkups, and repotting service to help you take care of your plants, as well as monthly classes where you can learn more about different varieties of orchids and growing techniques.
Founded in the 1920s, Silverman’s Farm has evolved into a Pick Your Own (PYO) fruit farm featuring a widespread orchard, scenic tractor rides, and petting farm. The farm market features a broad selection of fresh produce, baked goods, specialty foods, and gifts. Going into the fall and winter, the farm also offers a pumpkin patch, and pre-cut trees during the holiday seasons. The Silvermans hope you visit and enjoy the total farm experience!
Established in 1769, Maple Row Farm has been serving Easton for over 200 years. In the 1920s, Sherwood Edwards began the cut-your-own Christmas tree business as a 4-H project! Now expanded to a large portion of Maple Row Farm’s acreage, you will find happy customers picking their trees every holiday season. Maple Row also offers firewood and Grower’s Choice mulch, both created onsite, as well as a full line of soils, grass seed, fertilizers and more in their garden store.
Sport Hill Farm was established in 2000 by Patti & Al Popp on only a few acres of land on Sport Hill Road. After adding hens and fresh vegetables the following year, demand for their sustainably-grown products expanded quickly and a new farm stand was built in 2010. Now SHF offers fresh, free-range eggs and nearly one hundred varieties of non-GMO, sustainable produce, thanks to the support of the local community.
Shaggy Coos is the most southern dairy farm in New England, female-run by farm manager Brittany. We milk, pasteurize, and bottle our milk right on the property to ensure only the best for our community. The farm store is stocked with pork, beef, poultry, and milk raised right here on our farm! We believe local is best! Our farm store is honor system – just like the old days!
At Sherwood Farm, we have been quietly enjoying the harvest for close to 300 years, making us one of oldest family owned and operated farms in the United States of America, with the 17th generation currently living on the farm today! We offer locally grown fruits, vegetables, freshly baked bread, and more from our Sherwood Farm Store to all of our customers, including restaurants in the Fairfield County area.
